I was so so impressed with this restaurant! The food was flavorful and the presentation of the food was very neat and clean. Also the service! The woman at the front counter knew everything about the menu and anticipated the customers' needs. You can tell she really cares. Great service and the food was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

Loved it! The place is vibrant, clean, and full of energy — you can feel the passion in the food and the vibe. The food is cooked to perfection. Juicy, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. The fries were crispy and the dipping sauces ..Next level. The menu has something for everyone — breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, plus some creative specials you won’t find anywhere else. Staff were friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home. This spot is a must-try. It’s the kind of place you’ll crave again the next day.

Came here today to try some food out. Safe to say the food and the costumer service was beyond exceptional. I love how they have such a wide variety of food. New management and used to be Dino Chicken. I come here for the grilled red chicken with beans and rice ($16.99). It's slightly spicy, it comes with warm tortillas and a side salad. The chicken comes out hot and juicy. It was piled on top of the side salad so it was wilted. The rice and beans were good and seasoned nicely. The place is clean; the staff is nice and they have a good amount of seating.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and they never disappoint. I always get their dui fries and it always hits. The service is great too. It is worth noting they changed their name from Dino’s chicken to dip n dine and now they offer DoorDash !

Out of all the restaurants in Pomona, Dip ’N Dine continues to stand out. We ordered through DoorDash and unfortunately only the drinks were delivered. I called the restaurant, and the cashier kindly explained the situation. Then, out of the goodness of their hearts, they personally delivered our food to make up for the dasher’s mistake. You just don’t see that kind of service anymore, and it’s exactly what makes Dip ’N Dine truly one of a kind. They’ve earned our full support, and my family will keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond—you all are amazing.

Ok so we’ve been coming here since before new owner took over and new name change and was in other location across, food is always great and service very friendly. The new owners made the location very clean and modern which is a A+ There is one thing only that we didn’t like and letting you know if you get to dine in there, inside is hot like an oven especially today ) (5/10/25) that was extremely hot the ac was not on and that is not good because it’s a kitchen and stays hot and like that we can’t enjoy food and with my asthma it gets worst, we almost canceled due to the heat inside especially when you have children, my husband asked if the ac was not working they said it was working but they couldn’t turn it on due to new managements rules which I didn’t like at all, but the employee called and had to ask for permission which she was told to leave it on for 2 hours, that is unacceptable because customers come first to be comfortable and enjoy a meal and the employees need ac due to being in the kitchen all day. I just hope new management changes this rule and have some freshness inside with close doors because having open doors keeps flies in.

Always a great spot and solid food. Staff extremely friendly and usually timely in their service. Great deals and good prices, so obviously you will wait a bit for the food but it is well worth it.
